Do I need gym experience to join?

No. I've worked with complete beginners and advanced lifters. Your plan will be 100% personalized based on your experience and equipment. Whether you're at home or in the gym.

How fast will I get results?

This depends entirely on your starting point and consistency. If you're brand new to training you'll see noticeable changes in energy, strength, and body composition within 2-3 weeks.

If you've been training but aren't seeing results, we'll identify what's holding you back, optimize your plan, and help you build muscle or lose fat more efficiently. You should expect clear physical changes within the first 3-5 weeks.

If you're already experienced and want to break through a plateau, we'll dive into advanced strategy, fine-tune your macros, training progression and recovery. Most experienced clients see performance and physique gains faster than expected.

Will I have to cut out my favorite foods?

Not at all. This program is built on flexibility and sustainability. You'll learn how to include foods you love while still hitting your goals. No restrictive dieting or food guilt.

How much 1:1 support will I actually get?

You’ll have direct access to me via private messaging for daily questions, form checks, adjustments, and support. I review your check-ins weekly and provide feedback, updates, and accountability based on your results and goals. You’re not just getting a program, you’re getting a coach.
